How booking works
Tell us where you are starting, where you want to go, the date and how many people are travelling. We send a clear quotation on WhatsApp before anything is confirmed, so you know the fare in advance.
Stops on the way
A tea factory, a waterfall, a viewpoint or a lunch stop can usually be added. Agree the main stops when you book so the timing works, and ask your driver on the day if you see somewhere you would like to pause.
One driver or several transfers
Some guests book one transfer at a time, between hotels. Others keep the same car and driver for several days. Both work. Tell us your plans and we will suggest what fits.
Practical tips
- Keep water and a small snack in the car for long drives
- Carry some cash for park fees, entry tickets and small shops
- Ask for a child seat when you book if you need one
- Save our WhatsApp number so your driver can reach you easily
